In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sogdo Academy. Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed.

If a technical issue results in duplicate payments or incorrect billing, users should contact us promptly with payment details for review and resolution.
